How Many Training Sessions Do I Need?
This all depends on your level of fitness and of course your budget. Our personal trainers will guide you on a program that is best for your needs. Our personal trainers will never try to up sell you on sessions, but rather guide you on how to achieve your fitness goals. We provide everything from nutrition to online training, so feel free to buy several sessions or pop in for a quick refresher personal training session.
Group & Personal Training
If you want to be part of a fun and interactive group, then group fitness training is for you. The great thing about group personal training is it allows you to share the cost, plus you get to work out with people that are just as motivated as you are! It is a great way to make new friends and motivate yourself to achieve your fitness goals.
How Long are Personal Training Sessions?
Training sessions last either 30 minutes or 60 minutes. However, your work does not stop there, your personal trainer may assign you work outs that you can complete on your own or guide you on healthy eating. Remember personal training is not about sessions and time limits, it is about living a healthy life style.
